The Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Shehu Mohammed FCA, mni, welcomed a delegation from the Nigerian Road Safety Partnership (NRSP) at FRSC headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The aim of the courtesy visit was to strengthen collaboration between the 2 organizations for better road safety and traffic management nationwide. The NRSP delegation briefed the Corps Marshal on its activities and then presented two picture frames alongside a donation of 100 customized reflective vests to support FRSC patrols.

NRSP Chairman’s representative, DCM Charles Theophilos, was joined by Ayomide Akinpelu of KWAPDA’AS Road Safety Demands (KRSD) Foundation, Olanrewaju Osho, Michael Atanda & Princewill Eze of Safety Beyond Borders (SBB), and FRSC’s ACM Godwin O. Omiko, PhD, from Special Duties and External Relations. He commended FRSC’s nationwide road safety efforts and reaffirmed NRSP’s commitment to partnering for zero road traffic crashes.
Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed expressed gratitude for the gesture and pledged deeper ties with stakeholders to advance road safety initiatives. The engagement reinforces the ongoing FRSC-NRSP partnership to promote safer roads and reduce crashes across Nigeria.
