NAFDAC has warned Nigerians about the voluntary recall of MR.7 SUPER 700000 capsules, marketed online as a male enhancement dietary supplement by StuffbyNainax LLC. Lab tests revealed undisclosed pharmaceutical ingredients (sildenafil and tadalafil), key ingredients in erectile dysfunction drugs—making the product an unapproved drug with untested safety and efficacy.

These substances pose severe risks, especially for those with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease, as they can dangerously interact with nitrates (like nitroglycerin), causing life-threatening blood pressure drops.
